Overview
15-29 The Broadway is an existing office building in the Centre of Crawley that was to be demolished and replaced by a new-build residential block consisting of 78 apartments, including retail units on the ground floor.
Hayco carried out decorations to all apartments and communal areas. We started on site in February 2020 working through the UK Lockdown with major supply chain issues throughout and gladly received practical completion in September 2020.
